'Project Sophos' may update or reschedule programme schedules, facilitators, formats, session sequences, venues, or delivery methods where reasonably required. This may include shifting between online, hybrid, or in-person formats, which may be done at a short notice too.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly. 'Project Sophos' reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme, without refund where appropriate, in cases of misconduct, disruption, harassment, or behaviour inconsistent with the learning environment.

'Project Sophos' designs its programmes with care and rigour. However, individual outcomes may vary depending on attendance, participation, effort, readiness and context. We do not guarantee specific academic, professional, or personal outcomes.

Certain interactions may take place through third-party tools such as payment gateways, video conferencing platforms, learning tools, email systems or communication software. 'Project Sophos' is not responsible for outages, disruptions, or policy changes on such third-party services.
